Practise shots

Today our group went outside college to film some practise shots however before that we went into the studio to learn about the importance of ISO, shutter speed and aperture. ISO levels and aperture change the lighting of what you're filming, if you are filming inside it may be more time consuming when trying to make sure the lighting is correct however when filming outside the natural light will be useful. Our group filmed outside therefore we did not need to adjust the ISO levels and aperture as much, the only thing we did change was the shutter speed which we made 50. The only problem we had when filming was the light outside, as you can see it started to get a little dark.

I now understand that it takes a lot of time and effort to film each individual shot, we have to make sure that the camera is eye level with the people in the shot, we also spent a lot of time making sure the camera was in focus; we did this by focusing on their faces and zooming in until we were satisfied with the focus.
